Kada dođe vreme odmora, nemaju sve poze za spavanje pozitivan uticaj na naše telo. U pojedinim slučajevima, način na koji spavamo može uticati negativno na zdravlje tela.


Spavanje na leđima
 

Dobre stvari: Ova poza je odlična za balansiranje težine tela i držanje unutrašnjih organa u ravni. Ova poza takođe sprečava bol u vratu i leđima. Samo gledajte da spavate sa jastukom ispod kolena kako biste održali pravilan položaj kičme. 

Loše strane: Ukoliko hrčete, onda bi trebalo da se okrenete na stranu. Spavanje na leđima može samo pogoršati hrkanje.
